ALL OF OUR PARTS INCLUDE FREE SHIPPING TO THE UK.
To find shipping cost to anywhere else please just place the item(s) in the shopping cart and click 'update' if necessary.

We dispatch our products in a variety of ways depending on the destination and the value of the item.

Items under £50 will be sent within the UK using Royal mail first class delivery.
Items under £50 will be sent outside the UK using Royal mail international signed for.
Items over £50 (except refurbished laptop systems) will be sent within the UK using Interlink Express's 48 hour delivery service.
Items over £50 will be sent outside the UK using Interlink Express's international delivery service. Delivery time will vary depending on destination.
Refurbished laptop systems will be sent within the UK using Interlink Express's next working day service. This is often before 12 noon.  - FREE -
Refurbished laptop systems will be sent to Ireland using Interlink Express's 2 to 3 day delivery service.

All parcels are insured and traceable to your door and will need to be signed for. Tracking details available on request.

Returns

We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from theappleshack.co.uk. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.

Items Damaged in Transit

If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 2 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items must be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation to allow for any insurance claim with our courier. Once received back, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.

Items Faulty on Arrival

If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 2 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault. Items must be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.

Items Faulty in Warranty Period

If any of your purchases develop a hardware fault within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a specialist full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience which we recommend you use in order to correct the fault quickly. Please note that our warranty does not cover the sofware installation on our systems. It is a hardware warranty only.

If you change your mind

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 7 working days of receipt. The item must not have been used by you and must be 'as received' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received at theappleshack.co.uk and checked over, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.
